Alexundar’s Grille and Catering was birthed when an eight-year-old boy was asked to cook chocolate cakes for family friends. Nicholas’ love for cooking grew as he watched his mother and grandparents cook some of the most amazing meals. He decided to make money in college by cooking and selling food to other students. From premium casual to fine dining, his experience and food knowledge grew as he worked at some of Austin’s renowned steakhouses,tex-mex and seafood restaurants. One day, Nicholas decided to create his own seasonings and marinades for wings. From there it was history.
Alexundar’s Grille and Catering was founded in 2017. Nicholas’ love for cooking and fitness allows him to create some of the most healthy and amazing comfort foods. All meats are grilled or smoked to perfection. The vegetables are grown by local farmers. Only the freshest ingredients and spices are blended together, creating one of the most exquisite food experiences.
